ORDINANCE NO.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING, ON THE GENERAL

PLAN OF STREETS AND MAP OF THE CITY OF

BETHLEHEM AND VICINITY, AND OPENING FOR

PUBLIC USE AND TRAVEL, PORTIONS OF VARIOUS

STREETS THROUGHOUT THE CITY WHICH WERE PAVED.

WHEREAS, portions of the Streets listed herein, having been previously dedicated or conveyed to the City of Bethlehem for street purposes have been paved with a bituminous surface by the City of Bethlehem and opened for public use and travel; and

WHEREAS, a formal record of the opening of said Streets is required by the Pennsylvania Department of Highways;

NOW, THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BETHLEHEM HEREBY ORDAINS AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the following portions of Streets situate within the City of Bethlehem, having been dedicated or conveyed to the City for street purposes and having been paved with a bituminous surface, are hereby opened for the use and travel of the public and established as Streets on the City’s General Plan of Streets and Map of the City of Bethlehem and vicinity, Lehigh and Northampton Counties, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania:
