- Adaptation, grouping, cooperation, regulation of activity, functioning. The effectiveness of team management. Approaches by McGregor, French and Tanenbaum. Indicators of ineffective team of interaction.
- 4 main approaches to the formation of the team: goal-setting, interpersonal, role-playing, problem-solving.
- The use of psycho-diagnostics for the formation of the team. The typology of personality by Myers-Briggs. The dependence of the effective interaction of the team from the personal characteristics. Optimization methods of team interaction.
