HAMILTON COUNTY FAIR

PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

Expectations:

It is expected that all persons taking part in the Hamilton County Fair conduct themselves in a civil, law-abiding, responsible, cooperative and courteous manner throughout the ENTIRE fair and abide by the rules stated in the Hamilton County Fair Book. Failure to comply will lead to a one-year suspension from showing at the Hamilton County Fair and stripped of any titles received. (The only exceptions will be those with prior written approval of fair superintendents.)

All 4-H/FFA participants will need to show proof (to the Hamilton County Fair Board or Hamilton County Extension and/or FFA Advisor before September 15th) of their completed current year project records before being granted their current fair premiums and eligibility to show in the following year’s exposition.(Fair board may request a report).

In support of Iowa State Fair ruling infractions, if a Hamilton County Fair 4-H or FFA youth exhibitor has been banned from state or interstate fairs; they will also be banned from the Hamilton County Fair in accordance to the ruling handed down with the infraction.
