Microprocessor-controlled pump switching unit including power unit for level-dependent control and monitoring of two pumps with direct start-up to max. 4.0 kW output or 9.0 A current consumption.
Compact design in plastic housing with lockable clear cover, including a lockable main switch, motor protection switch for the pump and space reserve for installation of maximum two Zener barriers to operate the pumps and sensor system in explosive areas.
Operated and configured via a TFT colour display with touch function.
Connections:
- Terminal block for mains connection 3xL/N/PE.
- Pump connection on the power contactor.
- One thermocontact for temperature detection in the pump motor standard T1 or ATEX T2 (zero-voltage safe) or programmable as AUX contact (ON/OFF).
- Two 230 VAC / 2A voltage outputs for connecting an optional control cabinet heater and/or an optional small compressor.
- One 24 VDC / 0.5 A voltage output for connecting an optional alarm light.
- Three programmable potential-free alarm relays.
- Floating switch connection 230 VAC for emergency operation in the event of sensor or electronic failure.
- USB host port to connect a USB data stick
- Plug-in base for retrofitting a GSM modem.
- Plug-in socket for retrofitting an Ethernet module for web-based exchange of data.
Possible level measuring methods and connections:
- Switching on and off via 2 or 3 float switches. (If the level measurement is performed using a level probe or the dynamic pressure gauge module, the input of float 1 can be used for "External shutdown"
and the input of float 2 as "External alarm".)
- Separate high water float switch with forced switch-on function of the pumps.
- Analog input 4-20 mA for level evaluation of a 2-wire level probe, freely parameterizable up to 60 mWs.
- Subsequent optional installation of a pressure sensor 0-3.5 mWs for open or closed pressure measurement methods possible at any time.
Operation and display:
- Operation and display is provided in the form of symbols and clear text via the TFT colour display.
- Functions are selected and settings are made using a stylus or via manual touch operation.
- LED display for operational readiness and faults.
- Integrated buzzer for faults (can be switched off).
- The motor protection switches of the pumps can be operated from the outside and thus even by laymen.
- Main switch with emergency stop function (lockable).
- Display of actual level in the selected unit or switch position of the connected float switch.

- Pump menu with manual 0 automatic function and maintenance switch.
