7.3.1 To consider report in accordance with Part VIII of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001 for the provision of a Remedial Works Scheme to existing housing estate at Townparks, Navan demolition of 9 no 2 storey houses and construction of 21 no infill houses consisting of 4 no two storey 3 bedroom detached houses, 1 no two storey 4 bedroom detached house, 6 no two storey 3 bedroom semi-detached houses, 8 no. two storey 3 bedroom terraced houses in two blocks, 2 no. single storey 3 bedroom detached houses and 1 no. single storey Community Building (area 73m²).
7.3.2 To receive a report on the future use of Internal Capital Receipts in accordance with Circular N16/06 dated 21st December 2006 (Report to follow).
7.3.3 To receive presentation on Meath Interagency Strategy for the Delivery of Services & Supports to the Traveller Community.
7.3.4 To receive report on the Barcelona Declaration as agreed at the February Meeting.(report to follow)
7.3.5 To approve funding allocations to community groups / organisations under the Meath County Council / Knockharley Landfill Community Liaison Committee – Environmental Community Projects & Works Scheme in respect of applications received and as recommended by the Navan Electoral Area Committee and Knockharley Landfill Community Liaison Committee. “To ask the County Manager if this Local Authority is required to introduce any bye law or bye laws that will require domestic refuse collectors/contractors working within County Meath to introduce “pay by weight”, or are there any other measures proposed by this Local Authority that will require these contractors to comply with a Ministerial request made in 2005, requiring all Local Authority’s to introduce pay by weight.
