1)Next MANGO General Meeting

The General MANGO meeting will be Tuesday, March 2, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in Room 470 of the Governor Office Building in Jefferson City. Coffee, danishes, bagels and tea will be provided by the PSC for the morning session. The operators will meet as a group before lunch. Lunch will be provided. We will then meet after lunch jointly with the operators and the PSC Staff. We should be finished around 3:00 p.m. at the latest. Please, don't forget to give someone a call that you haven't seen in a while at the meetings. We would like for this to be a great turnout. There is normally adequate parking across the street in the parking garage. The parking can be validated for the first 30-40 tickets. If more than that number are in the building for meetings that day and have had their parking tickets validated, the cost will be approximately $4 to park. Please see the enclosed memorandum for proposed meeting topics.

Please find enclosed a 2004 Board Member Election Official Ballot. Please vote for two of the nominated candidates indicated on the ballot and return by April 1st to Fred Toomey at City Utilities of Springfield. There may be more than one ballot sent to each operator. However, only one ballot will be counted for each operator, so please only submit one ballot per operator.
