- Delegate places are only confirmed upon payment of fees. Delegates will be subject to immediate full fee payment on the day of the conference if their fees have not been received. Confirmation will be sent by email.

- BACPR membership is £40 per year
- Cancellations: fee minus 25% admin charge will be reimbursed for cancellations in writing received before Friday 9th September 2016. The full fee for later cancellations is forfeit.
