Cancellation scale for cancellation of accommodation:
With the registration 1st night nonrefundable deposit will be charged.
From 28th May 2017 50% of total estimated reservation room revenue including confirmed optional transportation service.
From 4th June 2017 100% of total estimated reservation room revenue including confirmed optional transportation service.
No-show for reservation claim on the arrival date until midnight is charged for the entire length of the reservation including confirmed optional transportation service. Reservation is cancelled for remaining nights of the original reservation length.
Cancellation of the reservation is valid with written confirmation back by the hotel only.

Important notes:
* Upon your arrival in Prague, you will be expected in the arrival hall by our driver, who will hold
a sign with your printed name and the logo of our hotel.
* Please, specify the country you are coming from (EU or Non EU) for at the airport are two different terminals.
* For your transfer please pay in cash CZK, EURO or just sign the driver’s receipt and the amount will be posted to your room account and then paid by you upon checking out.
* Please also be informed that without any guarantee given in advance no transfer can be organized by the hotel.
* Please be informed that at the airport the driver will be waiting for 60 minutes after the announced landing time, if your border clearance will take longer time please contact the hotel immediately.
