A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE OLMSTED FALLS SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE FOR THE USE OF THE INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL FIELD FOR YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL

WHEREAS, the City desires to use the Olmsted Falls Intermediate School field for Youth Flag Football in 2013; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to enter into an agreement with The Olmsted Falls Schools in order to outline the rights, duties and obligations of each of the parties with regard to the use of the field. Now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OLMSTED FALLS, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO, THAT:

SECTION 1. This Council hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute an Agreement with The Olmsted Falls Schools providing for the use of the Intermediate School field for Youth Flag Football in the year 2013.

SECTION 2. This Council hereby approves the form of an agreement by and between the City of Olmsted Falls and The Olmsted Falls Schools, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, which form of agreement is incorporated herein as part of this Resolution, providing for the use of the Intermediate School field for Youth Flag Football.

SECTION 3. This Council hereby directs the Law Director of the City of Olmsted Falls to include such other revisions or additions to the agreement as he determines are necessary and consistent with this Resolution.

SECTION 4. This Council finds and determines that all formal actions of this Council relating to the adoption of this Resolution have been taken at open meetings of this Council, and that deliberations of this Council and of its committees, resulting in such formal action, took place in meetings open to the public, in compliance with all statutory requirements including the requirements of Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.

SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect at the earliest time allowed by law.
