Quotations shall be submitted upon the Form of Quotation provided, and emailed to Mr Murray Percasky at the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder, Administration Office, 577 Hannan Street, Kalgoorlie at to arrive no later than 2.00 pm onFriday 9thFebruary 2018

4.Neither the lowest or any quote will necessarily be accepted. Council’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into after award of quote.

Canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the Supplier, however, enquires may be directed to Mr Murray Percasky, Manager Roads and Transport on 9021 9600.

6.Quotation prices will remain binding for a period of TWO (2) calendar months from the date of closure of quotation.

7The Quoter is to include in his price an amount for the REMOVAL of the trade in vehicle from the City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder’s Works Depot, Throssell Street, Kalgoorlie, between the hours of 9.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). The vehicle will not be released until the City receives full payment for the vehicle.

Vehicle offered for sale may be inspected between the hours of 9.00am to 2.00pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact Council’s Team Leader Roads & Transport, Mr Murray Percasky on 0418 903131, to arrange an inspection. It is the Quoters RESPONSIBILITY to assess the condition of the vehicle offered for sale prior to submitting a quote.
