Room rate / cancellation conditions
Room rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast, internet Connection, VAT (10%) and city tax (CFA 1.000 / per person per night)
Hotel check-in time is 14h00 and check out time is 12h00
For arrival after midnight and before 12h00, the reservation date will start 01 day prior the date of arrival.
For departure after 12h00, a late check-out fee will be charged (CFA 6.500 / € 10.22 per hour) until 20h00. After 20h00 a full night will be charged
To guarantee the booking a pre-payment is required by credit card (VISA ONLY), wire transfer, or cash before December 28th 2016. And later than that date, the hotel will confirm according to availability
Cancellation madebefore December 28th : no charge
All cancellation or change should be done after December 28th, one night will be deducted and the amount is non-refundable.
Airport /Hotel/Airport Transfer free : According to availability of our shuttle
For Extras:
Telephone, minibar, laundry service, extras meals (outside conference) are considered as extras charge and paid by participants. A deposit of CFA 50.000 / € 79 per night and per person or a credit card print will be required upon check-in. This amount will be restituted to the customer on check-out if there is no extra.
