Prior to being invited to Tender for the provision of Stewarding and Security Services for Manchester Academy Venues (MAV) and the University of Manchester Students’ Union (UMSU) (hereby referred to as “We”) ask that you complete the following pre-qualification questionnaire. By providing this information we will be able to ensure that your organisation meets the minimum criteria that we are seeking from a service provider.
The information disclosed in this form will be used in the selection oftenderers. However, any invitation to tender based on this questionnaire doesnot imply any representation by Manchester Academy Venues / University of Manchester Students’ Union as to your financial stability,technical competence or ability in any way to carry out the services. The rightto return to these matters as part of the formal tender evaluation process is hereby reserved.
