The Arbonne Ultimate Facial Group Presentation

Set-up before guests arrive (10 mins.):“Preparation is Confidence’s twin.”

Make sure you are fully prepared BEFORE the first guest arrives.

Have a mindset of service and fun! Ask the hostess to have very light “spa-type” refreshments such as ice water and grapes, etc.

Set up a “place setting” at the kitchen table for each guest. Each place setting will include:

  1. disposable towel or wash cloth
  2. head band
  3. laminated guest menu (have copies to send home with guests who purchase)
  4. small “cereal” bowl
  5. small mirror

Set up all the products for the facial (outlined on the guest menu) and ask the host for a pitcher you can use to refill the water. Have catalogs, deal sheets and client care cards for each guest off to the side. Have all three day crèmes set up off to the side. Also have 3 or 4 of your favorite products hidden in your bag with your pamper packs (referred to later in script), opty folders, samples, extra business aids, etc. to show if time permits. Play instrumental “spa-type” music in the background to enhance their experience.

Meet and Greet (10 mins.)

When guests arrive, meet and greet each guest (if you are shy, ask hostess to introduce her friends to you). Introduce yourself, thank them for coming, and invite them sit at any place setting after they have had the chance to get a refreshment. This is your time to break the ice with each guest...no ARBONNING...ask THEM questions about THEMSELVES to build rapport (how do you know the hostess? do you have kids? do you work outside the home? etc.)

Thank you(2 mins.)

Thank the hostess and brag on her a bit!!! (how do you know her? why did she have this party? what has she done to get everyone together?) Give her a little gift from you in front of her guests just for having the party (i.e. a travel size shampoo/conditioner)!!!

My Story (3 mins.)

Tell Your EOA Story. Be sure to tell them MORE THAN why you LOVE the products...tell them why YOU are SHARING the products with THEM.Anyone can be a preferred client...why are YOU a Consultant?

Arbonne’s Story(2 mins.)

Tell The Arbonne Story. What is Arbonne? When did it start? Why was it started? Who started it? What’s happening now? Where’s it going? What’s the big deal?

The Arbonne Difference(3 mins.)

Tell “The Arbonne Difference”(from PAGE 5 in our catalog)...summarize this info for them. Don’t go on and on…just hit the facts that are important to today’s woman: vegan-certified, no paba, no parabens, no mineral oil, no chemical dyes or fragrances. Then, tell them why YOU (the consultant) think our products are so great? Tell them Why they should buy Arbonne products instead of other products available to them?

The FACIAL(35 mins. MAX)

“So, now that you know the quality that goes into our products and the high standards our products live up to…it’s time for a true hands-on experience!!! Are you ready to get started with your facials? Great!”

“Everyone grab a headband. Please look at your menus and decide which products you’d like to try based on your skin type. If you have extremely sensitive skin or rosacea, please choose the products for normal to dry or normal to oily skin. I’ll go ahead and get some fresh warm water in each of your bowls so you can moisten your towels (the EZ disposable towels from cabelas.com are great for the “wow” factor…drop each one in the bowl and “watch it grow”).”

“We are going to start with Step 1: Cleanser. I’ll give each of you a small amount that you can gently rub on your skin using circular motions. If you’d like it to lather a bit just add a little water from your bowl with your fingers. Then squeeze out your towel and remove cleanser from your skin. Go ahead and put your used towel back in the bowl and I’ll freshen it for you at Hostess’ kitchen sink. While I go and do that, be sure to look in the mirror at how nice your skin looks and feel how soft your face is just from using our vegan cleansers that work well to remove dirt and make-up but yet do not strip your skin of its protective acid mantle.”

“Next is Step 2: FC5 Exfoliating New Cell Scrub. I’ll give each of you a good amount of this product as you’ll want to gently scrub your face and neck for three minutes with this. The technology behind this is amazing! The fruits and vegetables in this product act as little “pac men” on your face to remove all the dead skin. It’s normal to feel a tingling and to experience some redness. Usually the drier your skin, the more intense the tingling and redness. Be careful not to get near your eyes. We’ll do this for 3 mins. and then rinse off with cool water and your disposable towel. Again, please look in your mirrors and feel your face as I freshen your bowls and towels at the hostess’ sink.”

“Next is Step 3: Re9 Cellular Renewal Masque. Oh my gosh, this is one of my absolutely favorites!!! I’ll give each of you a generous amount of this as well. You’ll want to apply a nice layer of this to your face and neck. It’s somewhat clear but you can tell when you have it on your face. We’re going to leave this on for 5-7 mins.. You may feel some tingling as it’s “secret ingredient” is working to provide you with another level of exfoliation. The secret ingredient is pineapple. Pineapple works so well to remove dead cells, fine lines and wrinkles. In fact, the men that work on pineapple farms in Hawaii literally have no readable fingerprints as their fingerprints are removed from their daily harvesting of pineapples….really! Ok, go ahead and begin to remove this mask with your warm wet washcloths. I’ll freshen the bowls while you all look at and feel your faces!”

“Next is Step 4: Either the Hydration Mask or the Intense Cleansing Mask depending on your skin type. The Hydration Mask you will want to massage into your skin for about five minutes and then let sit for another 15-20 mins. The Intense Cleansing Mask is a clay mask that you will apply generously over the entire face avoiding the eye area and then let dry fully. This takes about 20 mins. Both masks do what they say they do. Those of you with dry skin will notice a remarkable feeling to your skin. You will feel soft and moisturized. Those of you with oily skin will also get a great feeling….soft, clean and oil-free!!!”

“While we wait to let these Masks fully do their stuff, I’d love to share with you some of the other products that Arbonne makes that are my personal favorites…above and beyond what you all get to experience here. If you want to round out your skin care systems you will want to use one of our day crèmes during the day alone or under your make-up. Our day crèmes are made with the same Arbonne philosophies and contain SPF 20 so as not to irritate your skin but yet provide the latest recommended UVA and UVB protection. Another one of my favorite products is ______because ______.” (you get to fill in the blanks with up to three more products that you love!!!)

“Ok, it’s time to rinse of those masks and get to our final steps. Go ahead and put your towels in your bowels and I’ll take them off the table for you. Let me know once you’ve fully rinsed off. Those of you who used the anti-aging cleanser will need to spritz some of the anti-aging toner on your face. Those of you that used the other cleansers already toned your skin because Arbonne was able to combine the toners with the cleansers in the FC5 line of products. Toner is used to restore your natural pH and to allow your skin to accept the next step, moisturizer, more readily and efficiently.”

“Now let’s get to our final steps…eye crème and night crème. Oh you guys are going to LOVE ‘sleeping in Arbonne’ tonight!!! Just wait! First, apply a very small amount of eye crème to the tip of your finger. Then press you fingers together to get the same amount on each fingertip. Then apply gently to fragile skin around your eyes. Be sure to concentrate on any existing wrinkles and do not RUB…just pat gently! And, finally, the night crème! You will only need a small amount to do your whole face and neck. Both of Arbonne’s night crèmes are luxurious! Just apply gently over your entire face and neck. Can’t you feel its quality?…and it smells so good!”

The Close(10 mins. THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART of your party!!!!)

LAST MINUTE TIPS:

Most people just want to know HOW TO GET THE PRODUCTS involved in their facial and they do NOT want to know how to buy the most Arbonne they can afford right then!!! “Meet them where they are at”…SHOW them how to buy their facial at the best price for them and leave the other “deals” (rsvps, 100 for 20s, pwps, etc.) for later when you are “relationshipping” with them!!! Same holds true for Arbonne’s Host Rewards!!! You can go over that LATER when you are Hostess Coaching. Remember, those who agree to HOST are basically doing so for two reasons: to get the HOST PRICE on their facial products that night and to get the Day Crème for FREE the night of their party. I have found that when you “oh and you can get that, and you can get that, and blah, blah blah” them to death…it doesn’t HELP convince them to have a party anymore than the Host Price would have. Plus, if you are looking to build VOLUME and get a bigger check from Arbonne, you would not use the Host Rewards at all except for the FREE product (day crème) they get with parties of $150 or more. All the other Host Rewards cost the Host money and you don’t get paid on them (these are called non-commissionable items)!

Since you have a small group, it’s easy to consult with everyone to find out what they want. You may want to refer them to PAGES 92-93 of the catalog when they ask more questions about becoming a PC or Hosting their own Facial Party.

Don’t forget your Open Date Card so you can book more facials and facial parties right there on the spot…Plus, that’s the ONLY way they get the HOST PRICE that’s referred to on the Deals Sheet!!!

NEW PC – same as client…their purchases over a lifetime will put more than $1000 a year in your pocket if you stay in touch with them…be sure to ask them for REFERRALS if they are not wanting to HOST…you can GIFT them for referrals!!!
