TOURNAMENT RULES

1.  USBC Sanctioned Tournament Rules and Regulations shall govern this tournament.

2.  “400”, “500” and “600” handicapped tournament based on 90% highest average from 200.

3.  All entrants must be members of their Local, State, USBC “400”, “500” and “600” Clubs. Unmarried, Grade, and High School Students who have not attained the age of 18 must furnish written consent signed by their parent or guardian on WIBC approval form.

4.  The “500” entry fee shall be $42.00 (Lineage $18, Prize Fund $14.25, Expenses $4.75, and Membership Fee $5.00).

5.  Participation shall be only one time in the Tournament of single events for six games, three on Saturday and three on Sunday.

6.  Prize Fund will be returned 100%. $10 will be paid for High Game Scratch each day in all Divisions.

7.  Bowler’s entering average will be:

a.  Highest USBC average at the end of the 2012-2013 winter season for 21 games or more. (Substitute average will count.)

b.  If no previous average, the highest current USBC average shall be used.

c.  If no previous average, you may bowl scratch.

d.  USBC rules 319a-2, 319d, and 319e does not apply, but 319a-3 does apply.

8. Failure to use the correct average shall disqualify score if submitted average is lower than correct average thereby resulting in a lower classification or more handicap. Prize winnings shall be based on the submitted average if it is higher than the current. However, corrections in averages may be permitted up to the completion of the first game.

9.  Rule 324 A, B, C applies provided the requirement of the tournament are met.

10.  Check in time shall be 30 minutes before time to bowl. Membership card and USBC card must be shown.

11.  Any bowler arriving late shall begin play and score counted beginning with frame being bowled. All previous frames will be “0”.

12.  In case of a tie for first place, individuals tying shall divide $20.00 Champion award, be declared co-champions, and total monies for the number of places tied will be distributed equally.

13.  All entrants must sign the official score sheet. Any error or protest must be reported in writing within 24 hours.

14.  The Tournament Director or Board of Directors shall decide any questions not covered by these rules.

15.  Entry fee (draft, check or money order) must accompany application. Entries will be scheduled as received.

16.  Proper dress will be required.
