Statutory Compliances
· To implement & maintain all records/registers of workmen under The Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970.
· Attendance through biometric punching machine, Leave record and Payroll Management
· To maintain & update records, like Wages Sheet, Joining, Timekeeping, Absent, Present & overtime.
· To get coverage of sub-contactors under E.P.F. & Miscellaneous Act1952.
· To maintain E.P.F records of all workmen as per EPF & Miscellaneous Act -1952 and ensure the timely submission of monthly PF dues of all sub contractors and various returns under the Act.
· To look after the timely disbursement of payment to the workmen as per payment of payment of wages act 1936.
· I was also looking into the following areas:-
a) Looking in the area of Recruitment and public relation with the employees.
b) Salaries, Bonus, PF.
· Site development and co ordination with various managerial heads of the company
· Have a good command on computer applications & hardware -MS Office, visual pay, maintaining records of employees, fixed assets at construction site maintaining record of lease of Guest Houses, Mobile telephone connections & their billings.
