Howdy Moms!

It’s once again the time of year that we begin to look at Members who are interested in serving on the Board or as a Committee Chair for the next academic year, 2016-2017. The Board and Committee Chairs provide direction for the Club, and along with the combined efforts of the Membership, are crucial to the continued success of Collin County Aggie Moms.

To serve on the Board (elected positions), you must have attended at least 3 General Meetings during the current year; and to serve as President, you must also have been an Aggie Mom member for at least 2 years. No previous experience is required! All you need is a willingness to serve—and have lots of fun with other Aggie Moms!

On the back of this page is a list of the elected board positions and a brief description of duties—committee positions are shown below each elected position (indented). Please review and take the time to note positions you would be interested in holding and also suggest people for positions. We will contact any people suggested to ensure their interest in the positions.

This information will be very helpful as our nomination committee meets in late February/early March to propose a slate of officers at our Spring Fundraiser. Elections will be at our April General Meeting. Thank you for your support!
