Coffee Talk: Morning news and horoscopes

Check-in Group: Discuss how you are doing and get feedback and support from peers

Symptom Management: Learn how to cope with a variety of symptoms in a healthy manner

Nutrition/Meal Planning: Learn new cooking techniques, recipes, and prep for healthy meals to take home

Healthy Relationships Group: How to improve relationships through understanding and communication

Soft Skills:Identify emotions and healthy responses

Leadership: Come be a voice in the decisions made for the OC program and practice leadership skills

Creative Writing/Music Therapy: Practice healthy expression of emotions and coping skills through creative writing and explore feelings through music

Mindfulness/Self-Awareness:Come practice and discuss mindful techniques and the importance of self-awareness

Smoking Cessation: Learn how to stop smoking in a supportive environment and the benefits of quitting

Problem Solving:Discuss your problems and receive feedback and assistance from peers

Impulse Control:Learn ways to control your impulses

Art:Use art to express yourself creatively

Computer Skills: Learn how to use a computer, send email, and search the Internet

Stepping Out:Find out what’s going on in the community over the weekend and coping skills for social anxiety
