It is noticed for all concerned that due to law and order situation in the country, the above mentioned tender will now be opened on 5th December 2017. The Tender / Quotation submission time and opening time and venue will remain same.

TENDER NOTICE

HQs COMKAR invites sealed tenders under Single Stage Two Envelops System (One envelope for technical bid and other for financial bid) from the experienced and financially as well as technically sound parties / firms / contractors / agencies of repute, registered with tax department for the construction of PMM Marquee at Pakistan Maritime Museum, Habib Ibrahim Rehmatullah Road Karachi
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BIDDERS
· Specifications/Description of all the required work / jobs are given in the Tender Documents which can be obtained from the undersigned on any working day between 1000-1300 hrs before the closing date after paying the required tender fee.
· The quotations and rates will remain valid for 90 days after opening of tender.
· Reference of the Tender must be mentioned on the bids
· Earnest money @ 2% of the total bid value in shape of pay order/demand draft (cheques will not be entertained) in favour of A/C “COMKAR Command Improvement Fund” may be deposited with tenders.
· Warrantee/Guarantee, should clearly be mentioned in the bids alongwith brochures / manuals.
· Bids must reach this office till 1130 hrs on 28 November 2017, which will be opened at 1200 hrs on same day in the presence of firms, who may like to attend.
· HQ COMKAR reserves the right to accept or reject any part or full of any bid or all bids after assigning due reasons.
