Can you confirm where the equipment is to be delivered?

All hardware to be delivered to HQ - One Exchange Square, London, EC2A 2JN, United Kingdom

Is there any installation requirements & in which locations?

The equipment does not require installation as this will be managed/addressed in-house.

Are there any additional requirements for AV elements, e.g. displays, audio, stands, wall mounts, shelves, touch panels etc

No, the displays aredifferent in everyRO but we do require a component phono cable with the HDX appliances

Support contract – Polycom stipulate this must be purchased with each endpoint, what type of support is required and what SLA’s, for example next day onsite engineers, advanced parts, parts only,etc

Any support products will be agreed as part of contract negotiation, please quote on the basis of equipment only.

Please confirm the Polycom product ID 12 digit codes for the HDX-7000’s and HDX-8000’s as there are several model options?

HDX range for both 7000 and 8000 has options for 720p or 1080p, which model is required?

HDX7000/8000-720and the part numbers in Table A should uniquely identify them

Which specific units require multipoint? The 8000 or 7000?

Do any of the units require ISDN connectivity? This is an additional option.

We note that the RFP states that the respondees must be either Polycom Gold or Platinum resellers , can you confirm whether resellers based outside the UK have been asked to respond to the tender.

This notice has been published on the Bank’s website and is open to all suppliers who meet the minimum requirements detailed in the RFQ.

Will there be any equipment available for trade-in.

Yes once the new equipment has been installed (target date for completion April 2011), the equipment listed in Table B will be available for trade-in. The quotation file has been updated to allow you to record an offer for this equipment which will be offset against your quotation price.
