The Municipality of General Nakar, Province of Quezon, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/ manufacturers/ distributors/ contractors to Bid for the hereunder goods/ services:
PROJECT REFERENCE NUMBER / NAME OF PROJECT / ABCPB-IRP-2017-04 / Supply and Delivery of Supplies and Materials intended for the Improvement of Rescue Pick-up (Toyota Hi-Lux 4x4) (accessories) / Php299,793.00
The Eligibility Requirements and Bid Forms are now available for issuance to prospective bidders at the BAC Secretariat’s Office upon their payment of fees to the Municipal Government Cashier. Eligibility forms will be issued upon payment of a non-refundable amount of five hundred pesos (P 500.00)plus corresponding bid documents of five hundred pesos (P 500.00)as per GPPB Resolution No. 04-2012 dated February 24, 2012.
Two sets (Original and Copy 1) of two separate sealed envelopes containing the Technical and Financial Proposals shall be submitted simultaneously at the BAC Secretariat with Bid Security in an amount at least equal to, and not lower than, a percentage of the Approved Budget for the Contract to be bid. The required amount and forms of security shall be two percent (2%) for cash/certified check/ cashier’s check/ manager’s check/ bank draft or irrevocable letter of credit, Bank Guarantee and five percent (5%) for Surety Bond.
The opening and preliminary examination of bids shall use a non-discretionary “pass/fail criteria”. The BAC will conduct bid evaluation/post qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
All particulars relative to the Opening of Bids, Performance Security, Pre-bidding conference, Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. No. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), as amended.

The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bids.
The Municipality of General Nakar, Quezon/ BAC concerned reserves the right to declare the bidding a failure, reject any or all bids, waive any defect(s) therein and accept the offer most advantageous to the government.
