EXECUTIVE SESSION
Upon a motion by Joan Fields and seconded by Megan Fry, the board voted to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel and that the board return to the open meeting in this room at 7:20 pm. The board requested Kathy Davidson be included in this session. The executive session is required to protect the privacy interests of an identifiable individual. All aye.
Upon a motion by Joan Fields and seconded by Megan Fry, the board voted to continue the executive session for the purpose of discussing personnel and that the board return to the open meeting in this room at 7:30 PM. All aye.
Upon a motion by Joan Fields and seconded by Megan Fry, the board voted to go into executive session for the purpose of discussing negotiations and that the board return to the open meeting in this room at 7:35. All aye.
ACTION ITEMS
Upon a motion by Joan Fields and seconded by Megan Fry the board voted to approve the current personnel recommendations and addendums, including the catastrophic leave as requested. All aye.
Upon a motion by Joan Fields and seconded by Megan Fry, the board voted to approve the policy updates as listed.
