The organisers of Asthall Horse Show wish to thank the sponsors, judges, stewards, runners and other helpers who have given up their time and without whose support the show could not take place
Conditions of Entry
- The Organisers do not accept any liability for any accident, damage, injury or loss to horse, owner, riders, spectators, ground or any person or property whatsoever.
- THE JUDGE’S DECISION IS FINAL.
- Ridden horses or ponies must be four years old or over.
- Competitors’ age taken as on the day of the show.
- Entries will be limited if necessary.
- The Secretary reserves the right to refuse any entry without giving reasons.
- Competitors entering classes in more than one ring do so at their own risk: no refunds will be given if classes clash.
- Riding hats of the correct safety standard and suitable footwear must be worn at all times when mounted.
- No entry fee will be refunded without a Veterinary or Doctor’s Certificate.
- DOGS MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES.
- No stallions or colts except in Class 25; Young Stock.
- This event is organised in accordance with Health and Safety legislation. Full details are on display in the Secretary’s tent.
- NO GALLOPING ON THE SHOWGROUND.
- In the event of cancellation cheques will only be returned on receipt of an SAE.
- All complaints must be presented within one hour, in writing & accompanied by £20 (non-refundable)

Directions to the Showground:
From the Windmill roundabout (on the A40 between Burford and the Witney bypass) take the B4047 to Minster Lovell and immediately turn left to Asthall. At the bottom of the hill take the right fork into the village and keep right, out of the village and over the bridge. The showground is on the left and will be signposted. There will be a one-way system to and from the showground.
