OFFICIAL RULES FOR “NOVUS FAST FACTS” CONTEST (the “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED

1. To Enter. Visit the Novus International, Inc. (“Sponsor”) tradeshow booth number 1529 at the 2014International Poultry Expo event in Atlanta, Georgia, read and accept the rules of the Contest, answer the Contest questions and complete the entry form. All entries must be received between 8:00 AM CST and 8:00 PM CST on January 28 through January 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”) during the hours of operation of Sponsor’s tradeshow booth. There are no entry limits per person during the Promotion Period. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries. Illegible, incomplete, late, stolen, misdirected, or mutilated entries will not be eligible. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. Eligibility. Only open to residents of the 50 United States (and D.C.), who are 18 years or older as of January 28, 2014. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, its advertising and promotional agencies, as well as immediate family members of the foregoing persons, are not eligible. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law.

3. Awarding of Prize.During the Promotion Period, a winner will be determined from the eligible entries submitted during each day of operation of Sponsor’s tradeshow booth. Sponsor will make such determination on or about each day of the tradeshow. Sponsor will review the eligible entries submitted during the day and the participant with the highest score will be declared the winner for that day. Entries are valid only during the applicable day in which they were submitted. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final in all matters relating to this Contest. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries. Winners will be notified by phone, email or mail no later than fourteen (14) days after the end of the Promotion Period. If the potential winner cannot be reached within ten (10) calendar days from the first notification attempt, then such person shall be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected in the event multiple correct entries were submitted during the applicable time frame. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 14 days after notification is mailed, or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner in the event multiple correct entries were submitted during the applicable time frame.

4. Prize Details. Upon verification of eligibility, each winning participant will be awarded a single Kindle Fire. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes are not transferable. Federal, state and local taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Only one prize per winning entry. The winning entrants need not be present to win. Winners are responsible for payment of all taxes on the prize and for any other expenses associated with the prize not specifically described herein.

5. Limitation of Liability. Winners agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner’s name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. Sponsor, it’s promotional and advertising agencies, and all respective officers directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and shall be held harmless by winners for any damage, loss or liability to person or property, due in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prize or participation in this Contest. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by arbitration. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorneys’ fees. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend part or all of this Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives. Offers void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws. Entrants hereby waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these official rules
