AIM Market
Introduction of additional Sectors
Live Date: 24 April 2006
The purpose of this Service Announcement is to advise customers of the addition of 14 new market sectors which are being added to the 6 existing AIM segments as indicated below.
The sectors are being introduced to facilitate the regulation of those AIM securities that have explicitly requested to have their security admitted to a third party trading facility not operated by the London Stock Exchange. The securities will be placed into one of the sectors mentioned based on their current segment / sector combination.
This process is only applicable for AIM Traded securities and not those securities that are officially listed on the London Stock Exchange.

Customer Development Service (CDS)
The CDS environment will be live with the new market sectors from Thursday 20 April 2006. Securities will be added to these sectors as part of the normal alignment with the Live trading service.

Customer Development Service (CDS)
Customers are advised to take either the Reference Data Changes service for CDS on Wednesday 19 April 2006 - Broadcast Data groups B07, B09, B11, B13 and B75 or to take the Full Reference Data Download B06, B08, B10, B12 and B74 on Thursday 20 April 2006.
This reference data will also be available on Service Channels S04 and S17.
Live Trading Service
Customers are advised to take either the Reference Data Changes service for Live trading on Friday 21 April 2006 - Broadcast Data groups B07, B09, B11, B13 and B75 or to take the Full Reference Data Download B06, B08, B10, B12 and B74 on Monday 24 April 2006.
This reference data will also be available on Service Channels S04 and S17.
