TENDER NOTICE FOR NAGDA BRANCH

Offers in two separate sealed covers containing technical details and financial details respectively are invited from interested parties, who are ready to lease out their readily available premises ( RCC constructed with adequate parking space)/plot area located in NAGDA. The approximate carpet area of premises should be1500 sq. ft. on ground floor. The cover containing technical details should be marked Envelope No. 1 and super scribed with. “TECHHICAL BID” and the cover containing financial details should be marked Envelope No. 2 and super scribed with “FINANCIAL BID”. Both these covers duly sealed should be put in a 3rd cover superscripted with. “OFFER OF PREMISES FOR BANK OF INDIA,NAGDA BRANCH’ and it should also bear the name and address/Phone No. of the bidder. The 3rd cover duly sealed should be address to the BANK OF INDIA, UJJAIN ZONAL OFFICE and submitted as detailed hereunder:

The offer as above should be submitted in Bank’s prescribed format only, which may be downloaded from Bank’s website section or obtained from NAGDA branch / Zonal office between 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (on Monday to Friday) and between 10.30 to 2.30 p.m. (on Saturday) on payment of non-refundable amount of Rs.500/- in cash or in the form of Demand Draft/Banker’s cheque favouring Zonal Manager, Ujjain Zone, BANK OF INDIA. The applicants who have downloaded the form from bank’s website should also enclose Demand Draft/Bankers cheque of Rs 500/- in favour of Zonal Manager,Ujjain Zone, BANK OF INDIA.The application without payment of Rs 500/- will be rejected. The sealed offer will be received at Bank’s Zonal Office, 18, Shanku Marg, Freeganj, Ujjain upto 21/03/2013, 3.00 PM. The technical bid will be opened on same day at 4.00 PM in front of tenderers. The Bank reserves the right to accept/ reject any/ all offers without assigning any reason what so ever. No brokerage will be paid by the Bank.

  1. The application should be submitted only in the prescribed application forms – Technical Bid and Financial Bid attached. The application in any other form will not be entertained.
  1. DO NOT QUOTE RATE ANYWHERE IN PART I (TECHNICAL BID) OF THE FORM.
  1. In case you desire to stipulate any terms and conditions, the same should be mentioned in Part I – Technical Bid separately. No conditions should be mentioned in Part II – Financial Bid.
  1. Encumbrances, if any, on the property, should be fully disclosed in Part I – Technical Bid.

On the given date technical bids will be opened by tender committee.
