TIME AND PLACE:The informal conferences held before an Agency Subordinate of the Boardof Nursing were convened at 9:00 A.M., on November 29, 2017 in Hearing Room 5, Department of Health Professions, 9960 Mayland Drive, Suite 201, Richmond, Virginia.

Based upon information provided by Ms. Jones, Ms. Durrett ruled that adequate notice was provided to Ms. Crump.
