REPORTS TO: Senior Order Coordinator
RELIEF: Order Processing Clerks / Senior Order Coordinator
LOCATION: Craigavon
2. JOB PURPOSE
· Principally to control the receipt and input of all Moy park customer orders and liaising with Supply Chain departments to ensure orders are serviced in full.
· To build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers.
· Liaising with commercial and Supply Chain to ensure all customer requirements are met.

4. DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collection and processing of orders from Moy Park customers on a daily basis via EDI system.
· Constant contact with supply chain of all Moy Park customers providing exceptional standards of customer service.
· Liaison with Supply Chain departments of all Moy Park sites ensuring all orders are serviced in full.
· Use of Protean order processing systems.
· Use of customer order processing systems.
· Maintenance of correct sales codes on orders.
· Maintenance of the Order Matrix.
· Supporting Commercial managers with key accounts.
· Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using protean.
· Production of Qlikview Service Level Reports.
· To work in a manner that actively seeks to reduce any negative environmental impact in relation to the processes and procedures operating within their area and across the wider business e.g. reduction of waste, recycling etc.
5. MEASURABLE OUTPUTS
· Customer service
· Maintain the flow of orders in and out of the business
· Order accuracy and efficiency across all MP customer accounts
· Maintenance of Order Matrix
· Production and communication of sales orders and service level reports
· Sales and stock reporting
6. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Essential / Desirable
· High degree of IT literacy including Microsoft Office and in particular Excel
· Ability to build key working relationships both internally and externally
· Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
· Ability to work under pressure and the ability to multitask / · Protean Experience
· Experience in a similar role
