(Signature must be notarized. Power of attorney withdrawal must be signed by a person authorized to act on the Principal’s behalf, eg. Executive, company manager, assigned person, appointees, board member ect.)

Attention note:

The Principal, i.e., that is the party to be acted for, can not effectively waive the right to withdraw the power of attorney at any time in advance.

It is the Principal’s obligation to notify the Agent of the power of attorney withdrawal. The power attorney withdrawal is not effective, until the Agent is duly notified, i.e. the legal acts of the Agent have effects, as if the power of attorney was maintained.

(Generally, attached should be a statement of the Agent, where he/she states, that he/she is familiar with the power of attorney withdrawal, together with a date and a signature of the Agent)
