Hi, we are Roger & Louise Versteeg. We have two one-bedroom apartments for sale in Prapoutel, Les 7 Laux, France. The apartments feature an internal "hotel" door. They are for sale individually or as a whole and are fully furnished to a high standard. We love this place and are buying one larger apartment in the same development. We go during the summer as well as in the winter. Prapoutel is easy to get to from Chambery or Grenoble and is not as outrageously expensive as the better known resorts in the Alps. / Les Granges des 7 Laux is a luxury development of 4 buildings (A, B, C & D) grouped around a fountain just 3 minutes walk from the older village of Prapoutel. Our apartments were completed in July 2008. The internal and external finish is to a very high standard. We are situated next to the ski lift, so it's literally a ski in ski out concept. We are the only apartments on the ground floor of building B so that is very private. Both apartments have a separate ski locker and a private allocated parking space in under ground garage. The garage is accessed via the main entrance to the building and via the entrance with an electric remote control up/over door.

B002 has a large west facing balcony excellent for your “sun downer”. The apartments offer one bedroom and a bed settee in the lounge, there is also a dining table with four chairs and a comfy seat. As you would expect, there is a flatscreen television, DVD player and CD/Radio Stereo. /
/ A fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave-oven, four ring hob, extractor hood and all utensils you would normally expect. Bosch Kettle and Toaster. Hoover also included. The door leading from the kitchen is the entrance to the bathroom with luxury shower and separate WC. Underfloor heating in area’s where water is used, which will come on if the temperature drops below freezing.
Bedroom in B002. Bedrooms have build in cupboards. There is further storage in the drawers under the bed. Apartment B001 does not have a balcony. Bedside tables with individual lights and alarm clock in each bedroom. Access to the large west facing balcony. Superb views over the alps and delightful for your “sun downer”! Carpet on floor. The high ceilings throughout the apartments really do give these apartments a very spacious feeling. Plenty of room for your baggage. We have secured two bed drawers in each bedroom for private storage as well as a small safe in B002. /
/ This picture is taken from our balcony and shows how close we are to the main ski lift. This is literally a ski in ski out apartment. Each apartment also has a separate ski
locker and underground private parking space (allocated). This also gives you some idea of the fantastic views. We hear you think “why do you want to sell?” Simple: Our kids are older and we can now afford to buy something bigger in the same development. We love it here. Great skiing without the endless queues and all at affordable prices – much less than you would often pay elsewhere. And …. Nice local people too !!!
The development also boasts a luxurious spa facility, although a fee is due to use this. Very nice both in summer and winter. In summer there is also an outside pool in the village, mini golf, paint ball shooting, archery and much more. Down the valley you can also do some go-cart racing.
