Application for Citizenship in the Snoqualmoo Nation
This form is for people who wish to become a citizen of the Snoqualmoo Nation. To be a citizen of the Snoqualmoo Nation you must be a direct descendant of a Point Elliott treaty signer. You must prove your Indian ancestry by providing the Enrollment Office with certified copies of your birth certificate and an Ancestry Chart linking you to the treaty signer. Bring this Application, your Birth Certificate, Ancestry Chart, Enrollment Form and an Individual History Chart to a Snoqualmoo Council meeting. Your original certified copy of your birth certificate will be returned to you. After your application is accepted, you must attend a general meeting (held once a year) and be voted in by the general membership.
