Booking procedures

All sessions must be booked in advance for the half term
Dates required must be entered on the booking form and paid for in advance (see below)
Additional sessions may be available at short notice, but not guaranteed, contact must be made via the school office on 01420 84486.
If you have not booked a session and your child arrives we will contact you to collect your child
Booking forms are available at all schools and on the Anstey School website
Please indicate on the booking form if you use childcare vouchers and the name of the provider

Payment

All payments must be made at Anstey Junior School and cheques payable to Hampshire County Council. Childcare vouchers must be presented at this point.
Payments can be made online and details will be available from Anstey School office
Payment must be made in advance preferably in full at the start of the half term.
We have an alternative payment option for the 1stof each month. You are still required to book for the half term and are liable for payment of all sessions booked.
As this is a school run provision we have no funds available to cover non-payment
If your child arrives for a club and payment has not been received then you will be called to collect your child.
If an additional booking is made payment is required in advance. If a booking is made on the day then payment is required on collection of your child.
We cannot offer refunds for any sessions your child does not attend
