Camp fee of $425.00 requires a $325.00 deposit and registration form postmarked by June 2, 2015. Balance of $100.00 is due at camp registration.It is required for campers to lodge at the Cincinnati Marriott north, 6189 Muhlhauser road, West Chester, Oh. 45069. (please visit website for details.)There are only 60 spaces available per session.Participants must have 3 person crew experience for session I and at least 2 years college experience for session II.

Camp fee of $425.00 requires a $325.00 deposit and registration form postmarked by June 9, 2015. Balance of $100.00 is due at camp registration. It is required for campers to lodge at Drury Plaza Hotel Franklin in Franklin, TN.(please visit website for details). There are approximately 65 spaces available per session. Participants must have 3 person crew experience for session I and at least 2 years college experience for session II.

______Nike Nationals Tournament Session I; Augusta, GA (July 26-28, 2015)

______Nike Nationals Tournament Session II; Augusta, GA (July 28-30, 2015)

Camp fee of $400.00 requires a $300.00 deposit and registration form postmarked by June 30, 2015. Balance of $100.00 is due at camp registration. Housing, meals, and transportation are the responsibility of the camper. There are only 24 spaces per session available for this camp.Minimum 3 years Division I experience and approval by CampDirector (Patty Broderick) required.

Campers must stay for the entire camp session. You will receive a confirmation letter within approx. 10-14 business days upon receipt of your registration form and camp fee. Please check your spam and junk email folders in an effort to prevent email communication failures.

Please read and sign the following statement:I hereby release the staff of America’s Best Officiating Camp from any and all liability for any injuries or illness incurred while at camp. Further, I have no knowledge of any physical impairment that would affect my safe participation in the camp program.

FAXES AND EMAILS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. REGISTRATION FORM AND CAMPFEE MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA U.S. MAIL OR NEXT DAY AIR TOGETHER. Cancellations after June 8 (Cincinnati) June 16 (Nashville) July 1 (N. Augusta), 2015 will be non-refundable. All NSF checks will be charged a

handling fee of $30.00 and may result in forfeited registration.
