  2. The Data Tag number is displayed on both sides of my craft
  3. I will not permit any person under the age of 16 to use my craft unless that person is under my personal supervision or he/she is in possession of a recognised (e.g. RYA) certificate of competency
  4. I understand the areas of water that I can and cannot enter with my craft
  5. Current regulations are understood and will be complied with.

This permit is issued subject to compliance by the holder with the regulations of Portland Harbour Authority as laid down in General Direction No 1 of 2012, and the reasonable requests of their authorised staff to which this permit must be produced upon request. This permit is not transferable but is valid for other family members named or listed as immediate family on the insurance certificate.
