2016 ANNUAL COMPULSORY REGISTRATION FEE

Term 1 for 2016 will commence on Monday the 1st of February and will conclude on Saturday the 9th of April (10 weeks)
HOW TO ENROL
You MUST enrol and pay to ensure your position. Please fill out and return the enrolment form to the staff at Vital Gymnastics along with full payment. Please remember all classes do book out and you are NOT automatically re-enrolled into your current class. If you would like to secure a position you must enrol and make payment as soon as you receive your enrolment form
REGISTRATION
This fee is compulsory for all members, and includes registration with Gymnastics Australia and Gymnastics Western Australia it also provides a personal accident insurance policy. The fee is due once a year and is due for renewal on the 31st of December each year.
PAYMENT
Payment is due with your enrolment to secure your position. If you have not paid your position will NOT be held.
REFUNDS
Refunds will only be provided in the case of a medical condition on the production of a medical certificate for periods greater than two weeks.
