TERMS OF CONTRACT

1.Minimum Sales : In reserving the function room, the client agrees to spend a minimum amount of 800$ for lunch (before 4pm) or 1200$ for dinner (after 4pm) (food and beverages, before taxes and gratuity).

2.Cancellation
-In the event of a cancellation one monthprior to the event, your credit card will not be charged.
-In the event of a cancellation 14 days or less prior to the event, 100% of the minimum
amount of sales will be charged.
3.Condition of the function room : Any damages caused by the client or his/her guests will be charged to the credit card mentioned above.
4. Menus : In order to assure the best service possible, groups of more than 20 people will have to choose from one of our holiday group menus. (Please see next page). Please tell us your menu choice at least a week before your event.

Cocktail hour : For a maximum 70 people, with only hors d’oeuvres or tapas menu, no entrees.
In this formula we usually remove half of the tables and leave only the high tables, but we can set the furniture at your own demand.

7. AUDIOVISUAL NEEDS : You can easily play music from your Ipod, phone or laptop, use our projector and our podium microphone. If you have ANY other needs, please tell us at least two weeks in advance and we will put you in contact with our technician for an estimate.

This reservation will be guaranteed by credit card ONLY. Please wait for the final confirmation by phone by a member of our staff. The credit card will be kept on file and will ONLY be charged in the event of a full or partial breach of this contract.
