By signing the application, Applicants certify that they have read, understand, and will abide by the Declaration of Condominium, the By-laws and all Rules and Regulations, including the restrictions regarding pets.By signing the application, owner(s) certify that they assume personal responsibility for the actions of such additional occupant including the strict adherence to Rules and Regulations as well as certify willingness to accept legal sanctions for violation of such Rules and Regulations by the additional occupant. Return completed application to: the Trowbridge company, inc., P.O. Box 273708, Tampa, FL 33688. Application fee is payable by condominium owner. Fee from applicant WILL NOT be accepted.

CAUTION: THIS APPLICATION AND THE CONSIDERATION FOR APPROVAL IS GOVERNED BY LEGAL GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAWS. THE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION MAY DISAPPROVE ANY OCCUPANCY FOR ANY LEGAL REASONS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CRIMINAL HISTORY.

YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE DENIED IN THE EVENT APPLICANTS OCCUPY THE UNIT PRIOR TO BOARD APPROVAL. The five person Board of Directors of the Condominium Association has 15 business days in which to consider your application. Each Director must individually consider your application. You should not expect a final determination of the application prior to the 15 business day allowance. Applications are not “rushed”.
