Creating an Interactive Talent Community to be Discussed at 4th Quarter IHRIM Atlanta Meeting and Holiday Reception

Towers Watson HR Survey Also to be Presented, Followed by End of Year Holiday Party

ATLANTA (Nov.12, 2014) – To get into the holiday spirit, IHRIM Atlanta will hold its next quarterly meeting and holiday reception on Thurs., Dec. 4 at 1 p.m. at Towers Watson, Atlanta. The event will feature Alex Putman, founder and CEO ofMUZE, who will discuss the latest trends and technologies in integrating talent communities, as well as best practices and how to measure results.

Jonathan Sears, HR Technology Practice Leader for the Americas Region, Towers Watson, also will present the firm’s latest HR survey results. As a senior leader for the firm, he is a key stakeholder in setting the strategy of the HR Technology business, and leading the initiatives and teams toward the successful execution of that strategy. Based on his prior experience in the field with Towers Watson, he remains a trusted advisor to many of the world's largest and most complex organizations.

After years of building global talent acquisition and employer branding teams for Fortune 500 companies and startups, Putman started MUZE, a recruitment marketing and employer branding agency. He currently serves as the EVP of Marketing for SHRM-Atlanta and is a member of the advisory board for the Strategic Recruitment Summit.

Putman has been interviewed and quoted by several media outlets, including the Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Atlanta Business Chronicle, Atlanta Journal Constitution, Workforce Magazine, Dice.com, Monster.com and Talent Management Magazine.
