Fellow Professional Home Buyers,

Our staff of knowledge experts has built the nation’s number one ( # 1 !!) lead generator for professional home buyers. There is no close second. In fact, we generate 2 ½ times the amount of leads than our nearest competitor does. I am not going to mention their name, but it makes me want to go UG. (A little bit of competitive humor) Most companies would be satisfied with that progress. We are not. Our aim is to build a lead generation dynasty. To do that, we must make some minor changes.

Over the next day or so, we will be converting all advertising spending and inbound links to our new website, I am not yet sure if this will be our permanent name or we will choose something close to it. We project that this change will allow us to enact a 10-20% per month increase in our ad spending.

In the month of June, we test marketed new advertising strategies that resulted in the best two week time frame of lead generation this year. Over the latter two weeks of the month, however, our ad budget was almost dead. We know that we have to invest in this advertising to succeed; however, ad costs have risen substantially. With the economy improving rapidly, we had to make one of two difficult choices: Either raise our subscriber’s rates across the board by 33% or change URL’s.

The reason for this choice was that we owned the interminable license for Webuyhouses.com. We entered into a contract where we could use that URL forever, in exchange for royalties paid. As you are aware, we are the nation’s largest online lead generator and quite possibly the 2nd largest home buyer in the nation. Along with our incredible growth came massive increases in royalty payments to the holder of the Webuyhouses.com domain. These payments were becoming so substantial that they became a choking point for growth. So, we have chosen the 2nd alternative, and decided to change our URL.

There were other factors that we took into consideration for the name switch.Every Tom, Dick, and Harry investor uses the name We Buy Houses. There is a lot of confusion as a result. We had a call claiming Fraud by Webuyhouses.com from a seller in Wisconsin. They, in fact, had named the wrong company. We were served with a multi-million dollar lawsuit naming Webuyhouses.com as the defendant in a case in California. Again, they had pursued the wrong company. Even though we run a clean ship, it costs time, energy, and financial resources to prove our innocence. Also, we are able to track how people come to our site, and what terms they used to get to us. We are seeing huge increases for searches such as: “How does ‘we buy houses’ fraud work” and “we buy houses scam”. We see this URL change as a way to distance ourselves from these “undesirable” investors.

So, what does this mean for you? We hope that each of the home buyers we have relationships with will come with us to our new service. We have designed our new site to improve the quality of service. To prove the value in our new service, we are going to giveeach of you an “across the board” 25% discount for the month of July. We hope that this willreassure you that the lead generation rates and your benefit for cost will be higher than you are accustomed to.

You will be receiving new affiliate log in information and other tidbits about the new service shortly.

Thank you for your continued support. We are committed to taking this company to heights only imagined a few years ago.
