CAVS HOOP SHOOTOUT

Rules

  1. You must arrive ½ hour before your starting time to register your team, and submit a team roster
  2. Each game will consist of two halves of 12 min for 2nd-6th grade and 14 min for 8th grade through 12th Grade. The clock will stop on all foul shots and time outs, and the last 3 min of each half.
  3. Overtime shall be 1 min stop clock and each team gets 1 time out only, no carry over of other timeouts.
  4. Each team will have three time outs per game.
  5. Each player will have six fouls before fouling out
  6. Halftime will be 3 min
  7. Game time is forfeit time
  8. Each Team must provide a score keeper for each game they play, that person will be admitted free
  9. All referees calls are final, no protests
  10. 1&1 will start on the on the 10th foul of each half no two shot fouls
  11. Two technical fouls for the same person in a game is automatic removal from game
  12. Admission will be charge to all spectators
  13. Each team is limited to 12 players
  14. Participation on multiple teams is allowed but not in the same age bracket.
  15. Any protest must be made with a $100 dollar fee, if you win the fee will be refunded.
  16. Proof of age/grade can be made by any reliable source including school records and is subject to the discretion of the tournament director.
