Dear Orchestra and Choir Parents,
May 5th is just around the corner, and a reminder that the Music In The Parks performers will need khaki pants/shorts/and comfy gym shoes for the competition. You have already paid for the t-shirt. PLEASE send a sweatshirt/jacket with your child, as the temperature is unpredictable. They may also wish to bring extra money (no more than $25.00) for dinner/games/souvenirs. The boosters approved a 6” cold cut combo sandwich from Subway, a bag of chips and a bottled water for lunch. (Chaperones, included!) Easy to eat snacks are allowed on the bus, NO PEANUTS!
If your child would like to bring their own lunch, that is fine, too.
Students in grades 6-7 are to walk with a chaperone in the park. Please circle the chaperone below, or one will be assigned. 8th grade may walk without a chaperone in the park WITH PARENT PERMISSION ONLY.
Students/parents with the season pass MUST BRING THE SEASON PASS!!!!

- May 11 (Friday) is our Award’s Dinner Banquet to celebrate another amazing year in our choir and orchestra! Please send $10.00 per immediate family for the chicken, beef, or gluten-free pizza. Students with the last name of A-M are asked to bring a side or a salad and last names with N – Z are asked to bring a dessert. ALL STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO DRESS UP! A short dance is to follow.
