Fitness Camp
Fitness Camp is a results-driven conditioning program that runs 3 times weekly for six weeks, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor/outdoor environment. Fitness Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, and stretching. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, group challenges, kickboxing and boxing drills.

Personal training sessions cost $40-$80 each hour. Fitness Camp provides the intensity of a personal training session with the motivation from a group environment. You get the best of both worlds, at a fraction of the cost! Only $75 for 18 workouts (6 weeks), this a great bargain!
Haven’t worked out in months or years?
Don’t fret. Fitness Camp is for all fitness levels – whether you work out daily or haven’t worked out since high school. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level. Every one participates to the best of their own ability.

We all live busy lives. With morning sessions, you can easily work in fitness into your day. And, the extra energy you’ll begin to feel will help you be more productive throughout the rest of your daily activities. Exercise is the key to physical and mental health, take steps to improve both today!

Motivation is a major key to your success. Our course is continuously being developed to keep motivation levels high. Each person at Fitness Camp starts and finishes together. This bonds individual into a group, making it easier to stay dedicated to the program. Bring your friends, family members or co-workers to keep motivation high!
Stretching, Balanced Workout, and Measuring Results
Each class begins with a good stretch, followed by a workout that combines strength, ability, cardiovascular endurance, and flexibility exercises.
Classes meet three times a week. We will measure your progress from the beginning and at end of this program.
