LEAD First-Year Application

Aurora University’s LEAD program is an experiential leadership development cohort designed to teach fundamental leadership principles to AU students through co-curricular leadership programming. Students in the LEAD program benefit from having a forum to explore their own leadership potential in a supportive environment, while being taught practical leadership skills outside the classroom experience.

LEAD is a four-year program that culminates with a co-curricular leadership certificate. Students enter during their first year at AU and gradually progress through different tiers until graduation. LEAD is limited in the size of the cohort, with only 25 students admitted during the first year. All students interested must begin by first completing the LEAD First-Year Application.
