Statement: Diana Wilhite has lived in the 4th Legislative District for 35 years. As a teacher, business owner, community leader and former Mayor of Spokane Valley, she brings a conservative, common sense approach to state government. Married to Rick, a Navy veteran, Diana is a grandmother whose priorities are to meet the mandate of the Washington State Constitution by fully funding education, finding dollars to finance transportation projects including the North Spokane corridor and improving the business climate through regulatory reform.
