About us: Dr. Selby is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon with a Practice Specializing in Surgery of the Knee and Shoulder. He also specializes in arthroscopic surgery which includes arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, hip, elbow, and ankle. His practice encompasses Sports Medicine and Total Joint Replacement for Knees and Shoulders. He has an appointment as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at New YorkMedicalCollege and also has an appointment on the faculty of DrexelUniversityMedicalCollege. Dr. Selby is active in many national and international professional organizations including the AmericanAcademy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Arthroscopy Association of North America, American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine, AmericanCollege of Sports Medicine, International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery, and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine, and others. Dr. Selby is an Associate Editor for Arthroscopy: The Journal of Arthroscopic and Related Surgery.

He has been listed in the “Guide to America's Top Surgeons" by Consumers' Research Council of America for the past consecutive five years. Locations: Our offices are located conveniently in downtown Manhattan on 13th Street just off of Fifth Avenue and in New Brunswick in Central New Jersey. Please let us know if you would like directions.
Insurance: Dr. Selby participates with ALL insurance companies. However, even if your insurance plan is not listed on our participation list you still may see Dr. Selby if you have Out of Network Benefits. Please call our office for questions regarding this and we will work with your insurance company to see if coverage is provided.
Appointments: Patients are seen by appointment only. Office hours for consultation, evaluation and follow-up appointments are held in our New Jersey Office on Tuesdays and in our New York Officeon Thursdays.
