MAXIS Information: From SELF, use function of POLI. In POLI, select:

·  CM (combined manual – policy) or

·  TEMP (procedures & system information).

On the Command line, type:

·  TABLE to search using manual reference no.;

·  INDEX to search using subject; or

·  TRANS to access CM update letters.

MMIS Person Search Cheat Sheet

Logging on to MMIS:

At top of screen, type “MW00” (M and W followed by two zeros).

At the MMIS Security Banner, press Transmit to continue.

At the MMIS Main Menu, Tab, New Line, or Shift/Tab down to the Recipient File Application, select with “X” and Transmit.

MMIS Navigation:

Use the Tab or Enter key to navigate to fields. Use the Transmit key to navigate to the next screen. Transmit to go to the screen shown in the “Next” field or enter a 4-digit function code (listed on RKEY) in the “Next” field and Transmit.

MMIS panel: / Function/Information Displayed:
RKEY / Search using PMI number, SSN, or last name, first name and middle initial
Using “I” in action code field for inquiry, navigate to person or case information using an 8-digit PMI number (preceding zeros) or case number. Transmit.
RSUM / Using PMI number, displays case number, program type and dates, spend-down, waiver and Medicare information
RCAD / Using case number, displays client’s residence and mailing addresses
RREP / Using case number, displays authorized representative for a MinnesotaCare case
RCIN / Using case number, displays all members ever affiliated with the case as well as relationship code, date of birth, and SSN
RELG / Using PMI number, displays program status and health care eligibility spans.

To exit MMIS, type PF3 several times until you get to the screen with “Session Terminated” on it. Type logoff and transmit. This will log you out of MMIS completely.
