Provided full-life cycle recruiting for all positions of a new acquisition and expanded the team from 7 to 46 employees. Accomplished this by: gathering hiring requirements from management team; designing and executing recruiting strategy which included a hiring blitz across all three (3) states in five (5) days; created and implemented print and online advertising campaign; coordinated blitz open house locations, reservations, formats; and scripts for staff to follow; sourced, screened, selected and interviewed candidates; built and applied rubric for candidate selection; handled all aspects of offer process.
