6.  Invitations and permission to participate in Event:

Participants category Riders age from 14 yaers old. Horses and ponys 5 yaers and older.

Young horse level horses allowed to start from 4 years and older. All Riders

and Horses must have qualifications according to NJTF approved Rules. For

YH/P Level no qualifications required

7.  All entries must be send until 30/September/2012 18.00h. Entries to be send

Entry forms and all information can be found www.njtf.lt . Late entries after 30/September/2012 18.00h will be charged with double entry fee.

8.  Entry fee (per horse):

I.  Easy level – 70 LT (20 EUR)

II.  Middle level – 100 LT (30 EUR)

III.  CNC1* - 140 LT (40 EUR)

IV.  NJTF members will pay only 50% of Entry fee per horse.

Entry fee has to be paid in cash at showground in show office before starting order is announced.

9.  Stables:

The number of Boxes is limited. Stabling arrangements and box orders has to be made as soon as possible before competition on the phone: +37064838175. Stabling fee: 50 LT (15 EUR), (for all competition days, with bedding, without food).

10.  Accommodation of Athletes:

11.  Transport:

Transport expenses to be paid by the Athlete.

12.  Veterinary Matters:

Horse inspection will be on Sunday 9.00-9.30h. Every Horse entered must have an official valid FEI Passport or National Passport. Vaccination (equine influenza) is compulsory in accordance with Veterinary Rules (every half year). Blood samples required- in accordance with Lithuanian Veterinary Rules and Regulations.

13.  Liability:

The organizer declines any liability for property or pecuniary damage which may happen to visitors, athletes, grooms and horse owners through slight negligence of the organizer, his delegates or his assistants. The OC is liable in case of intent, gross negligence as well as in case of injury to life, body or health and in further cases he is liable for compelling legal liability acc. to the legal requirements. Furthermore he also declines any liability for theft, damages, fire or other incidents.

14.  Insurances:

All owners and Athletes are personally responsible for damages to third parties caused by themselves, their employees, their agents or their horses. They are therefore strongly advised to take out third-party insurance providing full coverage for participation in equestrian events at home and abroad, and to keep the policy up to date.

16.  Prize giving and Miscellaneous.

I.  In each Level (LL; VL; CNC1*) three best results will be awarded with Diploma, Roset and Prize Money. The Winner of each class will be awardet with Cup.

II.  Total Prize Money (Gross Amount) CNC1*-500Lt, VL-300 Lt, LL- 200 Lt.

III.  It is compulsory to have LŽSF rider and horse license for Lithuanian riders.

IV.  Competition Schedule and program can be modified.
