14. Check disposal for trash, leaks and operation.
15. Check vent hood bulb and fan. Make sure it is secure and not damaged.

17. All warranty papers in brown envelope in drawer; Appliances, furnace, Jacuzzi, thermostat, etc. Remove spare parts and installation instructions.

22. Check all GFCI outlets are working (trip/reset)
23. Check adjustments on all exterior doors. Weather-strip in place and clean, hinges clean, threshold and hardware on door. All reveals even- no daylight at weather-strip of threshold. Check door operation.
24. Check for safety glass on exterior doors.
25. Check for proper transition between different flooring

15. Check thermostat location and make sure it is square. Check batteries.

12. Check for temporary cap plug to be removed in Hanson box.
13. Check for door size of 2’-8”.
SUP SM Attic
1. Check attic stairs legs cut to correct length, shimmed and nailed (according to code). If legs rest on vinyl flooring, tack a piece of carpet on bottom of feet.
2. Check plywood platform for thickness (minimum ¾-1”).
3. Check for working bulb, that ductwork is secured and sealed and 32” of access in front of HVAC unit (per code).
4. Check for R-value card indicating adequate thickness of blown insulation.
5. Check that the secondary condensation line is installed to the HVAC pan and has proper fall.
6. Check that the HVAC pan is free of debris and insulation.
7. Check for HVAC start-up.
8. Check for a clean HVAC filter.
9. Inspect A/C lines for tears in insulation.
SUP SM Attic - continued
10. Check for proper clearances at the HVAC exhaust vent (1” minimum from combustibles).
11. Check that B-vent exhaust is secured (4” below sheathing to prevent lateral movement).
12. Check operation of damper controls
13. Check for damaged trusses or gusset plates
14. Check for a clean attic platform
SUP SM Garage
1. Check exterior hose bib, secure with galvanized screws and sealed with silicone.
2. Check for insulation around hot/cold water supply lines at the water heater.
3. Test the pop-off valve at the water heater.
4. Check that the supply lines are sealed as they enter or exit the drywall at water heater.
5. Label all shut-off valves at water heater.
6. Check garage door operation and keys.
7. Check garage door for excessive daylight around weather stripping.
8. Inspect slab for chips or cracks.
9. Check drywall quality, no bowed walls.
10. Check electric circuit breaker panel (make sure it is labeled)
11. Check for correct hardware and damage to garage door tracks or runners
12. Verify that garage doors open and close properly. Check locking mechanism and check for keys
SUP SM Exterior
1. Check all vent boots; secured and sealed
2. Check roof shingles are straight, no paint and damage.
3. Check roof for toe board holes.
4. Check cornice returns for square and level.
5. Check that all counter flashing against brick in gables are sealed.
6. Check gable peaks for split shingles.
7. Check fall on gutters, splash blocks and drainage.
8. Check all exterior doors to be water tight- no daylight at weather stripping and threshold/sill caulked to kick plate.
