We are pleased to offer you the following financial aid for the 2011/2012 academic year. The chart shows how much aid you will receive based on how many credits you take. Awards will be issued based on your enrolled credits at the end of the drop/add period each semester or at the time of disbursement.
You do not need to return this letter to accept grants or scholarships. To borrow a loan, submit the enclosed loan form and enroll for at least six credits each semester. If you are interested in a part-time job on campus, please read about the Federal Work-Study job opportunities in the enclosed FWS flyer or Award Guide. Do not deduct FWS awards from your semester bill because FWS funds are earned by working and paid through paychecks
You must read the Award Guide. It includes important information about your aid. If you have not registered for classes, please register as soon as possible. We will postpone your down payment requirements based on the aid listed below. You are responsible for paying any charges that will not be paid by financial aid. All awards are contingent upon the college's receipt of institutional, federal, and state funds.
