Join IHSA’s Construction, Electricalor Transportation Safety Groups in 2013

Don’t miss your chance to join one of IHSA’s 2013 Safety Groups in 2013—Construction, Electrical or Transportation.
The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) recently announced that IHSA's current Transportation Safety Group will receive a rebate in the amount of $3,961,786.60 for participating firms. The Construction Safety Group will receive a rebate in the amount of $496,548.34 and the Electrical Safety Groups participants will receive a rebate totalling $428,855.63.
The Safety Groups Program is a WSIB-sponsored health and safety initiative that rewards participating employers with rebates up to six per cent in WSIB premiums. In 2011, these groups achieved scores of 5.51%, 5.64% and 5.98% respectively.
In order for your firm to qualify and be eligible for a WSIB Safety Group rebate such as these, your firm must join a Safety Group.
Registration for next year's program is now open and the deadline is December 1, 2012.
